The first piece that started the "Women" collection, "Pippa" began as a way to let out my creativity while taking a short break from my daily painting. Made from recycled cotton canvas, this piece is everything that I want to build of my brand: boldness, luxury, uniqueness.
The canvas itself is 30x48 inches, while the overhang at the bottom adds another 8 inches. This beauty is a stunner particularly for any buyer looking to exude a minimalist, yet luxurious design. The sides are 1.5 inches, allowing for extra depth to any wall. The white of the canvas is a satin neutral white, while the three-dimensional piece is very similar to the natural beige color of the canvas. The medium is a mix of plaster with artist mediums.
All of the "Women" collection pieces are hard wired with substantial wire to hold the weight of the pieces. It arrives ready to hang with my signature on the back. Due to the weight of these along with the way I have to package them, the shipping costs will be required by the buyer. Secondly, the pieces from this collection remain abstract, thus, there are visible brush strokes as well as raw seams. Please see close up photos for details.
